Privacy statement

How we handle data on the website, in scans, and during AI and software projects.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

AI JOB TEAM is part of Making Moves Group BV. This privacy statement explains what data we process when you use this website, contact us, request a scan, apply for a role, or work with us on an AI or software project.

For project work, additional data processing agreements, security agreements, or client instructions may apply.

01

Who is responsible

AI JOB TEAM, part of Making Moves Group BV, can be reached at ingmar@ai-jobteam.com.

Our Dutch office is Hendrik Figeeweg 3, G18, 2031 BJ Haarlem, the Netherlands. We also work from Calle de Paris, 207, Barcelona, Spain.

02

Data we collect

We process contact details, company details, messages, scan answers, project context, application details, technical website data, analytics data, and communication via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or forms.

During client projects we may also process documents, workflows, system exports, logs, prompts, configuration, access rights, and other information needed to build or support the agreed solution.

03

Why we use data

We use data to answer requests, prepare proposals, run quick scans, deliver AI and software projects, provide support, secure systems, improve the website, handle applications, and meet legal or administrative obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

04

Legal basis

We process data when it is needed to take steps before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, or when you have given consent.

You can withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. That does not affect earlier lawful processing.

05

AI and client data

AI output can contain mistakes. We design workflows so important output can be reviewed before it is used for decisions, advice, publication, or customer communication.

When we process personal data for a client, the client is usually the controller and AI JOB TEAM acts as processor. A processing agreement can set out instructions, security measures, retention, and subprocessors.

06

Third parties

We may use hosting providers, cloud platforms, email providers, analytics tools, form handling, automation tools, AI providers, communication tools, payment or accounting tools, and security tooling.

Examples can include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google services, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and AI or automation platforms used for a specific project. We only give access where needed for the purpose.

07

Security and logging

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as access control, MFA where possible, least-privilege access, logging, backups, secure configuration, and review of sensitive workflows.

No website, cloud system, API, database, or AI workflow can be guaranteed to be risk-free. Clients remain responsible for their own users, devices, passwords, MFA, API keys, and internal IT policy.

08

Incidents

If we discover a security incident or suspected data breach that affects client data, we will inform the relevant client as soon as reasonably possible.

The client remains responsible for statutory notifications to regulators or data subjects when the client is controller, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

09

Retention

We keep contact and project data only as long as needed for the purpose, legal retention, dispute handling, security, and administration.

Application data is normally kept for up to four weeks after the application process, unless you give permission to keep it longer or we need it for a legal reason.

10

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where the GDPR gives you that right.

Email ingmar@ai-jobteam.com. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority or the relevant supervisory authority in your country.

11

Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies and may use privacy-friendly analytics or GA4 to understand website performance and improve content.

Marketing or tracking cookies are only used where the site configuration and applicable law allow it.

12

Changes

We may update this privacy statement when our services, tools, legal requirements, or security practices change.
