For companies and teams

Train the team around the work you actually want to improve

An in-company programme uses your processes, roles and business context. Employees learn AI while building use cases the organisation can continue after the session.

Useful across departments

The content and difficulty are adapted to the people in the room and the decisions the organisation needs to make.

  • Management teams defining AI priorities
  • Operations teams reducing repetitive work
  • Sales, marketing, recruitment and support teams
  • Product and development teams building AI-enabled services

What the organisation gains

The programme should improve both individual skills and the organisation's ability to move from ideas to controlled use.

01

Shared working language

The team understands what current AI can do, where it fails and how to discuss use cases clearly.

02

Prioritised use cases

A shortlist of opportunities linked to process pain, available data, ownership and expected value.

03

Prototype and next steps

One or more small builds plus decisions about validation, implementation and adoption.

Programme

Training connected to implementation

A programme can focus on broad AI literacy, a department workflow or an intensive build sprint.

1

AI foundations for the team

Create a shared understanding without turning the day into a technical lecture.

  • Models and capabilities
  • Prompting and context
  • Limitations and responsible use
2

Use-case discovery

Find where AI can remove friction without creating an uncontrolled process.

  • Process mapping
  • Value and feasibility
  • Data and ownership
3

Team build sprint

Build and test a realistic workflow with the people who understand the work.

  • Prototype
  • Test cases
  • Human review and exceptions
4

Adoption and governance

Turn the session into practical agreements and a manageable next step.

  • Usage guidelines
  • Owners and support
  • Roadmap and success measures

A programme shaped around the team

We agree the outcome first and then choose the duration, group structure and preparation that fit.

Training works when the organisation can continue

A successful session leaves owners, decisions and a realistic next action. We avoid creating isolated demos that nobody can manage after the trainer leaves.

  1. 01

    Intake

Agree the audience, business goals, available data and one or two realistic workflows.

  2. 02

    Delivery

Combine short explanations with guided exercises, builds and decisions in the team's own context.

  3. 03

    Handover

Document outcomes, owners, risks and the next implementation or learning steps.

Frequently asked questions

Can the programme be adapted to one department?

Yes. Department-specific training is often more effective because examples, systems and outputs are immediately recognisable.

Can you include AI governance and GDPR?

Yes. We can include data handling, tool selection, human oversight and internal usage agreements. Formal legal advice remains outside the training.

Can AI JOB TEAM implement the prototypes afterwards?

Yes. Implementation can be scoped separately after the team has validated the use case and agreed the required safeguards and integrations.
